运用文献研究和随机访谈等研究方法,认为优秀运动员学习的障碍主要表现在:学习目标不明确、学习动力不足以及没有养成良好学习习惯等方面。造成这一现象的原因很多,客观方面以举国体制为主,主观方面以教练员团队为重。要做好优秀运动员的文化教育工作,必须协调各方力量,全局规划,整体设计,特别要突出国家层面的引导以及教练员团队的积极配合。

By using the methods of literature research and random interviews, this paper thinks of excellent athletes learning obstacles in, learning goals are not clear, and learning underpowered and did not developing good study habits, etc. Many reasons cause this phenomenon, give priority to with the sports system in the objective aspect, and the coach team in the subjective aspect. To achieve the goal of elite athletes ＇ culture education, all social forces should be coordinated, overall planning and integrated design, in particular to highlight the country＇s lead and actively cooperate with the coach team.
