基于顶层设计理论,从国内外图书馆核心价值研究成果,国家层面对图书馆事业社会地位、使命、核心价值的认同程度,总结出图书馆事业核心价值体系化建设的重点,包括核心价值的确立、理念渗透以及刺激进步等。

Based on top-level design theory,this paper summarizes the emphasis of the systematic construction of librarianship core value,which including the establishment,concept and stimulate progress of core value,in the view of the research achievement of library core value at home and abroad,as well as the recognition degree for the social status,mission and core value of librarianship on the national level,
