低被引期刊论文学术价值的评价方法研究

Research on the Evaluation Methods of Low Cited Periodical Thesis Academic Value

以论文被引频次为基础的评价方法逐步得到学术界的认同,但当前多数方法对低被引论文的评价存在不足。文章在分析期刊论文被引频次特征的基础上,构建了对低被引论文最终被引频次的估计模型;经实证检验,提出模型的计算结果与实际有较好的吻合。

Evaluation methods based on citation frequency of thesis have been gradually recognized in academic circles,but most methods currently have deficiency in evaluating low cited thesis. Based on the analysis of characteristics of periodical thesis citation frequency,this paper constructs an estimation model for final citation frequency of low cited thesis. It is verified through the experiment that the calculation results of the proposed model in the paper fit well with the actual situations.
