摘要
简述了智慧城市的功能特点,结合其在国外发展的经验,探讨了智慧城市在国内的发展现状,分析了生命城市理念和系统思想对智慧城市顶层设计的引导作用,并给出了顶层设计的选择路径。
The paper indicates the functional features of the intelligent city,combining with the overseas development experience,explores its development situation in China,analyzes the leading role of the life city theory and systematic thought on the top design of the intelligent city,and provide the selection for the top design.
