The paper researches the precise electronic leveling instrument in the settlement observation of modern high-rise buildings,mainly introduces the process and requirements for the settlement observation of high-rise buildings,and sums up some precautions in the observation of modern buildings so as to improve the accuracy of the settlement observation of high-rise buildings.
