This paper analyzed the obsolete management idea,aging pattern,narrow content,limited technology and other problems existed in construction management of construction project under the new situation,put forward innovation of management concept,improvement management system,strengthening the technological innovation and other measures,so as to promote the development and progress of construction management of construction project.
