This paper introduced the basic concept of responsibility cost management of construction project,discussed the construction process of responsibility cost management system of project,and combining with the engineering example,analyzed the responsibility cost management achievements,pointed out the responsibility cost management helped to enterprises save the cost,achieved the cost goals of project.
