摘要 头孢菌素类抗生素在临床上应用广泛,目前全球对其研究的热度依然不减。本文通过查阅和节选有关头孢菌素类抗生素方面的大量文献,简述了其历史、基本结构、作用机制,药物设计以及耐药性、药物发展及研究展望。 Cephalosporins are widely used in clinical practice, the current global heat their research continues unabated. Through inspection and excerpts cephalosporins aspects related to the extensive literature, outlining its history, the basic structure, mechanism of action, drug design and drug resistance, drug development and research prospects.
