摘要
介绍了贵冶从铜阳极泥中回收硒的工艺流程、原理及提高硒回收率生产实践的措施。实践表明:利用硒吸收后液作为阳极泥预处理浸出剂,稳定入窑阳极泥物料成份;在适当的回转窑焙烧温度、负压、泥酸比控制条件下,以及不断更新改进吸收塔结构提高硒的吸收效果,使得贵冶硒的回收率较建厂初期有较大提高,现硒的回收率达95%以上。
The article describes the process,principle of selenium recovery from copper anode slim of Guixi Smelter and the measures to increase selenium recovery rate were taken in practice. Practice shows that,by using the selenium absorption liquid as the anode slime pretreatment leaching agent and stabilizing the elements of anode mud material,constantly updating absorption tower structure to improve the absorption effect of selenium under appropriate conditions of the calcination temperature,furnace pressure,mud acid ratio,the selenium recovery rate is greatly improved than its beginning,now,the recovery rate reaches above 95%.
