摘要
鉴于新医改对公立医院薪酬制度改革的要求,参照宽带薪酬理论相关研究成果,阐述在宽带薪酬大型公立医院的适用性,并指出实施过程中可能产生的弊端及问题。目的在于:在医疗领域内引入薪酬管理新方法、新理论;有利于调动医疗工作人员的积极性和创造性。
According to the new medical reform's requirement for public hospital salary system reform, referring to the related research findings of broadband salary, it describes the applicability of large-scale public hospitals and broadband salary and points out the possible disadvantages and problems in the application process. The purpose is to introduce the new management method and theory for the medical field, which could improve the initiation and creativity of medical employees.
