深化高职院校人才培养工作改革的思考

Thinking on Deepening the Reform of Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges

立足高职院校人才培养,以改革为主线,以内涵建设和品质提升为核心,针对当前深化人才培养工作改革进行探索和思考,从精品特色专业建设、教学团队建设、杰出人才培养、产教融合与协同创新、高层次人才队伍建设、质量保障体系建设和招生改革等方面提出改革举措。

Aiming at talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and focusing on reform,this paper makes an exploration and thinking on the current reform of talent training,with connotation construction and quality improvement as its core. It presents some reform countermeasures from aspects of characteristic specialty construction,teaching team construction,outstanding talent cultivation,combination of teaching with production and collaborative innovation,construction of high-leveled talents team,establishment of quality guarantee system,and enrollment reform.
