According to the problems in the development of higher education,colleges should strengthen the adjustment and reform of the internal administrative management work and establish an excellent education environment. On the premise of meeting the demands of professional knowledge teaching,colleges should compile a practical and scientific management plan,and come up with some strategies which could optimize the mode of administrative management. Administrative management is an important way of the internal control in colleges. Scientific reform of administrative management is an inevitable trend of future education development.
