地方高校传媒类专业毕业设计改革探析——以常州工学院播音与主持专业为例

Exploration on Graduation Project Reform of Media Major in Local Universities: Taking Broadcasting and Hosting Major of Changzhou Institute of Technology as an Example

毕业设计是高校应用型人才培养过程中一项重要的教学环节。毕业设计改革是实现高校应用型专业人才培养目标、提升毕业生就业竞争力、顺应全媒体时代对人才需求的必然趋势。目前,毕业设计过程中存在的主要问题有作品创新力不足、指导教师水平参差不齐、毕业设计过程管理存在疏漏等。高校应通过提高学生创新力、打造"双师型"指导教师队伍、建立健全毕业设计教学过程管理和质量监控体系等措施,促进毕业设计改革的完善。

Graduation project is very important in the college training process of applied talents. Graduation project reform is an inevitable trend to achieve the training object of applied professional talents,enhance graduates＇ employment competitiveness and comply with the current demand on talents in the media era. Currently,there are some problems existed in graduation projects,including the insufficiency of innovation,varied levels of teachers＇ quality and poor management during the process. Universities should improve the graduation project reform by raising students＇ innovative ability,building double-qualified instructors,and establishing and perfecting the management and supervision system.
