摘要 教学有效性是衡量高职院校教学质量的重要标准,也是提升其办学水平的重要途径。应充分认识影响高职课堂教学有效性的不利因素,借鉴国外先进的教学模式,从高职院校人才培养目标、教学方式、教学管理和师资建设等方面探索提高高职课堂教学效率的措施,以期对我国高职教育改革提供参考。 Teaching effectiveness is an important criterion of assessing teaching quality in higher vocational colleges,which is also a critical way to improve its level. It is necessary to analyze of the negative factors on teaching effectiveness,introduce foreign teaching models,and upgrade higher vocational colleges teaching efficiency from aspects of talent training aim,teaching methods,teaching management and construction of teaching staff,so as to provide references for the reform of education in higher vocational colleges.
