With the concept of school-based curriculum being put forward,teachers are facing new challenges. At the same time,schoolbased curriculum gives teachers more diversified roles. Teachers are not only developers,researchers and evaluators,but also important resources. In the implementation of school-based curriculum,teachers should have a clear idea of their roles,increase curriculum awareness,cultivate their participation sense and cooperation sense,and increase their curriculum knowledge and ability.
