校本课程中教师角色的定位及转变策略

摘要 校本课程的提出使教师面临新的挑战,同时也赋予了教师多元化的角色。教师不仅是校本课程的开发者、研究者、评价者,其本身也是课程重要的资源。在校本课程的实施中,教师要进一步明确自己的角色,增强课程意识,培养参与意识和合作意识,提高课程知识和能力。 With the concept of school-based curriculum being put forward,teachers are facing new challenges. At the same time,schoolbased curriculum gives teachers more diversified roles. Teachers are not only developers,researchers and evaluators,but also important resources. In the implementation of school-based curriculum,teachers should have a clear idea of their roles,increase curriculum awareness,cultivate their participation sense and cooperation sense,and increase their curriculum knowledge and ability.
