摘要
采用Conner-Davidson韧性量表和艾森克人格简式量表,对182名高职贫困生的人格特质和心理复原力水平关系进行研究。结果发现:高职贫困生复原力并不显著低于非贫困生,而"特别困难"贫困生复原力水平最低;高职贫困生心理复原力与人格特质的神经质显著正相关,与内外向显著负相关;神经质、内外向性可对高职贫困生心理复原力进行预测,联合解释量为20.7%。
With the help of Conner-Davidson resilience scale and EPQ-RSC,this paper makes a research on personality traits and psychological resilience of 182 poor students in higher vocational colleges. Results show that higher vocational college poor students＇ resilience isn＇t lower than non-poor students,but the resilience of poorest students is the lowest. Also,there is a positive relationship between students＇ resilience and neuroticism of personality trait,and there is a negative relationship between students＇ resilience and introversion-extroversion. Neuroticism and introversion-extroversion may predict the psychological resilience of poor students in higher vocational colleges. The joint explained variation is 20. 7%.
