摘要
采用固相法制备橄榄石型磷酸锰锂(LiMnPO4)正极材料。通过热分析仪(TG-DSC)及X线衍射仪(XRD)对球磨产物前驱体进行分析,通过XRD、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)及恒电流充放电等测试手段,考察不同煅烧温度及保温时间对LiMnPO4的物相结构、形貌及电化学性能的影响。结果表明:前驱体合理的煅烧温度范围为475~625℃。在475℃下保温10 h得到纯相LiMnPO4颗粒,其在0.05 C下的放电容量为95.7 mA·h/g。
Olivine structure of LiMnPO4 was synthesized by a solid state method. The precursor obtained after ball milling was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis-differential scanning calorimetry( TGDSC) and X-ray diffraction( XRD). The effects of calcining temperature and time on the structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of LiMnPO4 were characterized by XRD,field-emission scanning electron microscope( FESEM) and galvanostatic charge-discharge analyses. Results showed that the appropriate calcining temperatures of the precursor were between 475 ℃ and 625 ℃. The sample calcined at 475 ℃ for 10 h presented a single phase of LiMnPO4 and possessed good electrochemical performance. And the discharge capacity of the sample reached 95. 7 mA·h /g at the rate of 0. 05 C.
