不同环向节点板宽厚比Q460高强钢管节点的承载力特性分析

摘要 圆钢管-工字截面横梁节点采用环向节点板连接主管与横梁,为了研究不同环向节点板宽厚比对Q460高强钢管节点承载力特性的影响,设计了钢管规格为1 030 mm×14 mm的圆钢管节点和相同钢管用钢量的十六边形钢管节点。建立节点的有限元模型开展非线性承载力分析,考察采用6种不同环向节点板宽厚比钢管节点的荷载-变形关系及其极限承载力。分析结果表明6种节点均具有良好的承载力特性和延性,环向节点板宽度增加有利于提高高强钢管节点承载能力;且相同节点板宽的十六边形钢管节点承载力略低于圆钢管节点,节点承载力计算时应考虑主管截面形式对节点承载力的影响。此外,探讨了高强钢管节点的承载力计算理论,节点板宽度小于7.5t时可以根据方法 2进行承载力计算。 Circumferential gusset plate was designed in the joint of steel-pipe and I-section beam. In order to study the influence of width-thickness ratios of gusset plate on joint bearing capacity,joints with1 030 mm × 14 mm steel pipe and sixteen-edge steel pipe with same amount of steel were designed.Models of 6 types of width-thickness ratios of gusset plates were established and analyzed. Results showed that all joints had good bearing capacity and ductility,and the increase of circumferential gusset plate width lad to the increase of bearing capacity. The bearing capacity of sixteen-edge steel pipe joints was smaller than that of circular steel-pipe joints,thus the section type should be considered in calculation. In addition,the bearing capacity of steel-pipe joint with gusset plate smaller than 7. 5t could be calculated by the second method discussed in this paper.
