双液相溶剂浸出棉籽中棉子糖和棉酚的工艺 被引量:6

摘要 采用石油醚和甲醇双液相溶剂浸取棉仁粉,提取棉仁粉中的棉子糖和棉酚。通过单因素试验与正交试验考察甲醇溶液的浓度、萃取温度和萃取时间对棉子糖与棉酚萃取率的影响。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为甲醇体积分数95%,提取温度35℃,提取时间40 min。在最优工艺条件下,棉子糖和棉酚的浸出率分别为85.2%和83.1%。萃取后得到的棉粕中游离棉酚含量低于联合国粮食及农业组织(FAO)所规定的标准。 Raffinose and gossypol could be obtained from cottonseeds by a two-phase extraction system with petroleum ether and methanol. The effects of some factors( concentration of methanol,extraction temperature and extraction time) on the extraction rate of raffinose and gossypol were investigated by single factor experiments and orthogonal design method. Results showed that the optimum conditions were the methanol concentration of 95%,extraction temperature of 35 ℃,and extraction time of 40 min. Under the optimum conditions,the extraction rates of raffinose and gossypol were 85. 2% and 83. 1%,respectively. The free gossypol content in cottonseed meal produced from two-phase solvent extraction was far below that from Food and Agriculture Organization( FAO) standard.
