摘要 研究了一套无线通信模块和PLC相结合的自动投饵控制系统。该系统上位机通过LabView 2011编写人机界面,经过NI OPC Servers实现硬件接口的转换;命令流经虚拟串口,通过电信运营商的CDMA网络,被CDMA通信模块接收并传输至PLC,从而实现对投饵直流电机等的控制,完成远程投饵。粒位仪和水下摄像头可将投料机内部的饵料量和鱼群的情况及时返回到用户界面。正常情况下,PLC处于运行状态时,内部的程序会根据每天的潮汐规律更改当天投喂的时刻,并根据设置时间实现自动投喂。实验结果表明,该系统智能化程度高,能够实现深海网箱养殖的无人化、科学化和自动化。 This paper studies a combination of a wireless communication module and the PLC automatic feeding control system. System host computer write the man-machine interface via LabView 2011, hardware interface convert after NI OPC Servers , the CDMA commu- nication module receives command flows through the virtual serial port by the telecom operatort CI)MA network, and transfer to the PLC transparently, and then realize the feeding DC motor control, complete remote feeding. The grain level meter and underwater camera can be a timely return the quantity of the food inside of the feeding and the fish stocks information to the user interface. Under normal circumstances, while the PLC is running, the internal procedures will change the feeding time according to the daily tidal regime and feed automatically according to the set time. The test results show that the system is able to achieve unmanned deep-sea cage culture, scientific and automation.
