摘要
针对传统的絮凝剂添加控制方式存在的容易出现加药量不精确,以及控制方式粗糙、不稳定等问题,研究了经验设计的模糊控制器是否满足絮凝剂自动添加控制系统的要求,并对控制系统的稳定性进行检验。通过采用双环节控制,即前馈控制和反馈控制相结合,利用Simulink工具对用于絮凝剂自动添加控制系统反馈环节中的模糊控制器进行计算机仿真研究。在此基础上,对此模糊控制器做了工业性试验,并对实际数据进行采集。仿真和工业性试验测量数据表明:所设计的模糊控制系统各项参数选择合理,能够满足控制要求;前向通道的时间常数越大,输出信号的振荡越小,达到稳定需要的时间越短,控制系统的稳定性也越好。
For the problems of traditional flocculants adding control exist inaccurate dosage, and control mode is rough and unstable. This paper studies whether the fuzzy controller which based on empirical design fully can reach the requirement of the flocculant auto- matic control systems, testing on the stability of control system. Through using double link control which are feed forward control and feedback control, have a simulation and analysis to fuzzy controller in feedback element of flocculant automatic control system with simu- link. On this basis, the fuzzy controller is tested industrially and the practical data is tested. The simulation results and industrial tests show : The parameters of this fuzzy control system are reasonable to meet the control requirements ; The greater time constant of prior to the channel's is, the smaller oscillator output signal is, and the shorter required time to stabilize is, the better stability of the control system is.
