氨氯地平阿托伐他汀片联合舒心降脂片治疗高血压伴血脂异常的临床效果

Effect of Amlodipine Atorvastatin Tablets Combined with Shuxin Jiangzhi Tablets on Hypertension patients with Dyslipidemias

目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀片联合舒心降脂片治疗高血压伴血脂异常的临床效果。方法选取我院2009年6月—2010年6月收治的高血压伴血脂异常患者142例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各71例。所有患者在进入本研究后均经2周洗脱期,之后对照组给予舒心降脂片治疗,观察组给予舒心降脂片联合氨氯地平阿托伐他汀片治疗,均以24周为1个疗程。观察两组患者疗效,记录两组患者治疗前后血压、脉压、血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)变化及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.1%(64/71),高于对照组的70.4%(50/71)(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者舒张压、收缩压、脉压、TG、TC、LDL-C及HDL-C比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者舒张压、收缩压、脉压、TG、TC、LDL-C均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.6%(4/71),低于对照组的15.5%(11/71)(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀片联合舒心降脂片治疗高血压伴血脂异常具有高效安全的优势,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Amlodipine Atorvastatin tablets combined with Shuxin jiangzhi tab-lets on hypertension patients with dyslipidemias. Methods 142 hypertension patients with dyslipidemias treated in our hospital were chosen from June 2009 to June 2010,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 71 cases. All patients in this study were washout for 2 weeks,and then the control group was given Shuxin jiangzhi tablets,the ob-servation group was given Shuxin jiangzhi tablets and Amlodipine Atorvastatin,24 weeks as 1 courses. The efficacy of two groups were observed,blood pressure,pulse pressure,blood lipid（TC,TG,LDL - C,HDL - C） between the two groups before and after treatment and adverse reactions were recorded. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90. 1% （64 /71）,higher than that of the control group of 70. 4% （50 / 71）（P 〈 0. 05）. Before treatment,there was no significant differ-ences in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure,TG,TC,LDL - C and HDL - C between the two groups（P 〉 0. 05）;after treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure,TG,TC,LDL - C of observation group were lower than those of the control group,HDL - C was higher（P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse re-actions of observation group was 5. 6% （4 / 71）,was lower than that of control group of 15. 5% （11 / 71）（P 〈 0. 05）. Con-clusion It is effective and safe of Amlodipine Atorvastatin tablets combined with Shuxin jiangzhi tablets on hypertension patients with dyslipidemias,and worthy of promotion in clinic.
