摘要
选用目前辽宁滨海稻区主栽水稻(Oryza sativa L.)品种盐丰47、盐粳218、盐粳456以及推广前景较好的新品系H50及H199为试材,针对实际收获期,于2011—2012年进行两年分期(9月27日、10月4日及10月11日)收获试验,测定其产量及稻米品质相关指标,研究分期收获对各品种(系)产量及稻米品质的影响。结果表明,不同收获时期各品种(系)产量、整精米率及食味品质均有差异,直链淀粉和蛋白质含量差异较小,以10月4日收获各品种的产量最高,食味品质最好,而适当晚收可以改良稻米外观品质。
The rice varieties including Yanfeng 47,Yangeng 218, Yangeng 456 and the new lines of H50 and H199 were used as materials, the yield and grain quality related inexes were measured with the actual harvest on September 27th, October 4th and 11th phased harvest from 2011 to 2012. Effects of different harvest periods on the yield and grain quality were studied. The results showed that there were differences in yield, head rice rate and taste quality. The harvest of October 4th had the best yield and taste quality. Pice appearance quality can be improved by proper late-harvest.
