基于期权的信息不对称农产品供应链风险控制

Risk Controlling of Agricultural Supply Chain Based on Information Asymmetry of Option

根据我国农产品供应链的特点,利用分散型供应链风险决策模型分析了信息不对称会导致风险增大及效率下降,提出运用期权思想激励有信息优势的农产品销售企业,通过其期权的购买量向农业合作社反映真实市场需求的信息。结果表明,期权在信息不对称的农产品供应链风险控制具有可行性和有效性。

The characteristics of the supply chain of agricultural products and information asymmetry of options leading to increase risk and reduce efficiency were analyzed by the decentralized supply chain risk decision model. Option ideas to motivate information superiority of agricultural marketing enterprises were put forward. It would make the enterprises reflect the real market demands to agricultural cooperatives by its purchases of options. Option theory was feasible and effective on risk controlling of agricultural supply chain with information asymmetry.
