流苏石斛组培快繁与炼苗移栽 被引量:5

摘要 以流苏石斛(Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook.)为试料,研究了种子萌发形成原球茎,原球茎的增殖培养、器官分化,建立了快速繁殖体系,经过初代培养、继代培养,成功培育出再生植株,并对组培苗的大棚移栽驯化等方面进行研究,初步形成从组培快繁到大棚生产的一系列培育过程,为流苏石斛的规模化生产发展奠定基础。 Using Dendrobium fimbriatum as material, regenerated plants were successfully cultured through the formation of seed germination original bulbs, corms original proliferation culture of organ differentiation, the establishment of rapid propagation system, initial culture and subculture. Greenhouse transplanting domestication of plantlets were studied. A series of foster tissue culture and greenhouse production process were initially formed. It will provide a basis for the development of large-scale production of Dendrobium fimbriatum.
