Stigma Vitalities of Seven Japonica Rice Sterile Lines

以7个高柱头外露率的水稻粳型不育系为材料,对不育系的颖花进行处理,通过结实率的高低来衡量开花后不同天数外露柱头的活力,研究它们的柱头活力变化规律。结果表明,7个材料柱头活力随授粉时间的推迟呈不同程度的降低趋势;均以开花后第1天柱头活力最高且所选两系不育系材料的柱头活力普遍高于三系不育系;除6A在开花后第8天已完全丧失活力外,其他材料柱头活力持续时间可达9d;与其他材料相比,6A的柱头活力系数最大。

Seven japonica sterile rice lines with high percentage exserted stigma were used as materials. Treating sterile lines′spikelets, stigma vitalities of different number of days after flowering were measured to study the dynamics of stigma vitalities.The results showed that the stigma vitalities of the seven sterile lines decreased in different degrees as the delaying of the pollination time. The stigma vitality of the first day after flowering of each line was the highest. The weo lines generally had higher stigma vitality than that of the three lines. The stigma vitality of the eight day after flowering of 6A disappeared completely. Remaining period of stigma vitality of other lines were 9 days. The stigma vitality coefficient of 6A was higher than that of others.
