苹果茎痘病毒的生物学鉴定

摘要 基于前期研究中获得的14个苹果茎痘病毒(ASPV)分离物,将其分别接种于不同草本、木本指示植物,分析其在不同寄主上的症状变化特点。结果显示,ASPV各分离物只局部侵染草本指示植物西方烟(Nicotiana occidentalis),而均未引起系统侵染;不同分离物接种的西方烟各植株症状没有明显差别。在木本指示植物中,所有分离物皆侵染杂种榅桲(Pyronia veitchii)和Spy227,部分分离物不侵染光辉(R65-76 Radiant),仅少数病毒分离物在梨品种考密斯(Doyenne du Comice)上显示症状。总体来看,杂种榅桲最适合做ASPV的指示植物,其次为Spy227,最后是光辉。不同分离物在不同指示植物上的症状较复杂,并未呈现明显规律性,因而单纯以生物学症状特点难以进行系统的ASPV株系分化分析。 14 Chinese isolates of ASPV obtained from previous study were inoculated in various woody and herbaceous indicators. The system variation and characteristic of different hosts were analyzed. The results showed that ASPV isolates only partially infected Nicotiana occidentalis and the systems were the same on the whole. In woody indicators, Pyronia veitchii and Spy227 could be infected by all isolates, but R65-76 Radiant could be infected by partial isolates. The systems of few isolates could be found in Doyenne du Comice. On the whole, Pyronia veitchii was the best indicator plant for ASPV, and Spy227 was the second best indicator plant for ASPV. R65-76 Radiant was worse than Pyronia veitchii and Spy227. The systems of various ASPV isolates were complicated in different indicator plants. No obvious rule could be found, therefore, the strain differentiation could not be systematically analyzed only by the biological characteristic.
