魔芋(Amorphophallus konjac)是宜昌市正迅速发展的又一特色产业,是典型的小作物大产业。介绍了宜昌市魔芋产业发展概况和宜昌市魔芋产业发展存在的问题,提出了加强魔芋科技创新与产业发展的建议,以利进一步加强宜昌市魔芋科技创新,促进魔芋产业提质增效。
Konjac is another characteristic industry developing rapidy in Yichang city with typical small crops and big industry. Situation and problems in the konjac development of Yichang city was introduced. Advices on strengthening the konjac technogical innovation and industrial development was put forward. The technogical innovation of konjac in Yichang city should be further enforced to promote the quality and efficiency of konjac industry.
