摘要
采用ISSR分子标记技术对云南省大姚县、瑞丽市和四川省木里县的41株野生香菇(Lentinula edodes)菌株进行DNA聚类分析,利用NTSYS软件对其遗传多样性进行聚类分析。结果表明,利用18个引物对41个野生香菇菌株的DNA进行ISSR-PCR扩增,共扩增出162条清晰的DNA片段。聚类分析结果表明,相似水平在62%左右时,41株野生香菇菌株分为3个类群,各地香菇资源存在较丰富的遗传多样性且与地域无明显相关性。
The DNA fingerprinting of 41 wild strains of Lentinula edodes from three places Dayao country, Ruili country of Yunnan province and Muli country of Sichuan province were identified with ISSR-POR. The genetic diversity were analyzed by NTSYS-PC software. The results showed that 162 distinct DNA bands were produced from 18 pairs of primers. The results of clustering analysis showed that 41 strains were divided into 3 groups at similarity of 62%, implying that the wild strains of L.edodes had great genetic diversity and there was no obvious correlation with the geographical location.
