摘要
运用数学方法对三色堇(Viola×wittrockiana)S8代10个自交系8个数量性状进行了相关、方差及聚类分析。结果表明,主要观花性状与部分发育早期的数量性状间呈显著或极显著相关,如花径与分枝数,花数与分枝数、叶长、花梗长及花径等均呈显著或极显著相关,建议分枝数与叶长可以用作早期选择的重要参考;自交系间8个数量性状均存在显著差异,建议可在育种中有目的地选择特性突出的亲本;采用Q型聚类分析的类平均距离法,10个自交系被划归为9号与其他三色堇自交系2大类,建议以9号作为亲本之一,可获得杂交优势明显的新品种。
Eight quantitative traits of 10 Viola ×wittrockiana inbred-lines in generation S8 were studied with correlation,variance and cluster analysis. The results showed that the main ornamental traits were significantly correlated with earlier developed traits including flower diameter with branch number, flower number with branch number, leaf length, petiole length, and flower diameter, indicating that the branch number and leaf length could be used as early selection traits. The eight quantitative traits had significant difference among the 10 inbred-lines. The inbred-lines with unique traits might be selected during breeding. According to the Q average cluster analysis of 8 traits, the 10 inbred-lines could be clustered into two groups including the 9th inbred-line and others. The 9th inbred-line might be one parent to get new breeds with strong heterosis.
