我国钢铁物流园区发展现状与对策研究

Study on Current Status and Countermeasures of Development of Steel Product Logistics Parks in China

在总结钢铁物流园区发展现状的基础上,分析了现阶段园区存在的投资大、回收周期长,基础设施和信息化程度低,盈利模式单一,"圈地"现象频发等问题,针对这些问题提出创新经营管理、优化基础设施和信息化建设、丰富园区盈利模式、加大政府引导等对策建议,希望能促进我国钢铁物流园区健康、快速地发展。

In this paper, on the basis of a summary of the current status of the development of the steel product logistics parks, we analyzed the problems afflicting these parks at the present stage and then accordingly proposed the suggestions to remedy them and promote the sound and rapid development of the steel product logistics parks in China.
