摘要
建立了易逝品需求信息更新的零售商两次订货模型,在考虑库存成本、运输成本和产品价格随时间变化的情况下,对开始时刻和需求信息更新后的模型进行了研究讨论,得出了零售商最优的订货策略以及第二次进行订货的订货时间范围。同时通过数值分析,说明了零售商二次订货比一次订货具有优越性,据此可以有效地解决零售商为获取更为准确的需求信息而选择尽可能晚的订货与制造商制造能力有限之间的矛盾。
In this paper, we built a dual ordering model of perishable product retailers based on demand information updating to study the ordering strategy of the retailers as well as the time frame for the second order and then, through a numerical analysis, illustrated that the dual-ordering strategy of the retailers was better than their single ordering strategy because it could help sidestep the conflict between the ordering preference of the retailers and the limited production capacity of the manufacturers.
