摘要 为了对物流企业员工给予正确的评估,促进物流企业的发展和员工的积极性,基于语言变量和TOPSIS方法,建立了一个新的物流企业人力资源评价指标体系。首先,借助语言变量构建出语言指标矩阵及其对应的指标权重矩阵;其次,将上述矩阵转换成三角模糊矩阵,并构建加权三角模糊矩阵;然后,应用TOPSIS法分别求解出人力资源评价方案及每个方案的相似度,根据相似度值的大小可确定出各个方案的优劣性;最后,引入实例来验证提出的人力资源评价指标体系的有效性,并得出相关结论。 In this paper, on the basis of the linguistic variable and the TOPSIS method, we built an innovative logistics enterprise human resource evaluation index system to correctly evaluate the logistics enterprise employees, promote the development of the logistics enterprises and motivate the employees, introduced the working mechanism of the system in detail, and at the end, introduced an empirical example to demonstrate the validity of the system.
