摘要
根据选址影响因素,建立了包括自然条件、成本因素、经营环境和基础设施等因素的配送中心选址指标体系。采用层次分析法与熵值法相结合的组合赋权法,基于TOPSIS法建立物流中心选址评价模型。以A公司为例,结合层次分析法和熵值法对企业物流中心进行选址实例研究,证明方法的有效性并选出最优方案。
In this paper, in accordance with the influence factors in location allocation, we built a distribution center location index system that considered such factors as natural condition, cost, operational environment, and infrastructure, etc., then formulated the logistics center location evaluation model using the TOPSIS method, and at the end, in the case of a company A, conducted an empirical study, proving the validity of the method.
