首先介绍了六西格玛管理的基本理论,包括概念及方法;然后将六西格玛引入超市,探讨六西格玛管理在超市食品安全管理中的应用,以期有效地减少食品安全隐患,提高食品质量,保障消费者的健康。
In this paper, we first introduced the basic theory of the 6-sigma management system, including the key concepts and methods, then by introducing it into the supermarkets, discussed how to apply it in the food security management of the supermarkets.
