Establishment of TPL Supplier Evaluation Model Based on PCA and Comprehensive Weighting

通过对主成分分析综合赋权,给出了一种合理的第三方物流供应商评价体系模型的构建方法。以Y公司为例,以主成分的标准化系数作为评价指标变量的客观权重,然后,通过对问卷中评价指标变量的均值进行归一化,得到主观权重,最后,对客观权重和主观权重进行算术平均,得到指标变量的综合权重,据此构建了第三方物流供应商的综合评价体系模型。

In this paper, through PCA and comprehensive weighting, we presented an effective method for the establishment of the TPL supplier evaluation system model, then applied the model to the case of the company Y, derived the comprehensive weights of the evaluation indexes by calculating the arithmetic average of the objective and subjective weights of the indexes, and at the end, built the comprehensive evaluation system model of the TPL suppliers of the company.
