供应链激励机制构建研究——基于经济、精神和环境约束的视角

Study on Establishment of Supply Chain Incentive System:An Approach from Economy,Spirit and Environmental Constraint

在文献回顾和逻辑论证的基础上,首次提出系统的包含经济、"精神"和环境约束三个方面的供应链激励机制构建视角,基于该视角全面分析了供应链激励机制的构成要素及其作用机理,从而构建系统的供应链激励机制要素构成模型,旨在为构建有效供应链激励机制提供理论支撑和有益参考。

In this paper, on the basis of literature review and logical argumentation, we proposed innovatively a systematic perspective for the construction of the supply chain incentive system that included economy, spirit and environmental constraint, and then adopted it to comprehensively analyze the compositional elements of the supply chain incentive mechanism and its working mechanism.
