论述了"零库存"的基本含义与生产及成本的本质,指出"零库存"对合作伙伴是一种风险,并提出了基于供应链的"零库存"策略。
In this paper, we discussed the basic connotation of zero inventory as well as the nature of production and cost, pointed out the risk posed by zero inventory for the cooperating partners, and at the end, proposed the supply chain zero inventory strategy.
