摘要
从供应链绩效评价的角度对产品族架构进行分析,确定了产品族架构与供应链关联关系的整体框架。建立了一个以满足多个市场客户需求和最小化供应链成本为目标的产品族架构多目标优化模型,模型对模块化策略和产品族配置策略进行决策。最后采用遗传算法进行求解。
In this paper, from the perspective of supply chain performance evaluation, we analyzed the architecture of product families, determined the overall framework of the relationship between the architecture of product families and the supply chains in which the product families belonged, established the product family architecture multi-objective optimization model aimed at satisfying the customer demands in multiple markets and minimizing supply chain cost, and at the end, solved the model using the genetic algorithm.
