摘要
针对企业物流服务供应链中零部件库存存货比例大、不合理的库存结构、库存周转效率低下的现状,分析企业物流服务供应链零部件库存最小化的库存管理方法,构建一个基于零部件库存成本控制的物流供应链零部件库存最小化模型,采用非线性整数规划的方法对东风汽车零部件库存管理进行实证研究,实证分析结果证明了构建的模型具有一定的实用性,可以帮助企业最小化零部件库存,进一步降低库存成本。
In this paper, in view of the current status of the spare parts inventory in enterprise logistics service supply chains, we analyzed the inventory management practice to minimize the overall spare parts inventory of the supply chains, established the logistics supply chain spare parts inventory minimization model, and had an empirical study on the spare parts inventory management system of the Dongfeng Motor Corporation using the nonlinear integer programming, the result of which demonstrated that the model established was of certain practicality.
