摘要
以某集团床垫生产线为实际研究对象,对生产现场进行调研,绘出了现有生产线的价值流图,分析当前生产系统中非增值的部分。基于精益思想,通过减少或消除非增值环节,绘制出生产线价值流的未来状态图,对生产线进行了再设计。通过生产现场的系统优化与改善,产品订货提前期和线上生产周期明显缩短,生产线平衡率提高了84%,同时提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本。
In this paper, with the mattress production line of a certain group as the subject, through on-site investigation, we identified the process of the production line, drew the corresponding value stream map, and on such basis, analyzed the non-value-added operations in the production system. Next, on the basis of the lean principle and through reducing or eliminating the non-value-added links, we drew the future state diagram of the value stream of the production line and at the end optimized the production site management system to remarkably shorten the ordering lead time and on-line production cycle of the production line, while improving product quality and reducing production cost.
