Simulation of Port Logistics Container Hoisting Process Based on 3D Image Processing

针对港口物流中的大型货柜、集装箱的装卸与吊装问题,提出基于三维图像处理技术对集装箱吊装过程进行真实化模拟,首先通过三维实体造型建立物流集装箱体的三维模型,然后采用三维坐标变换、样条逼近等三维图像处理手段实现模型的三维移动模拟,并通过Matlab软件进行仿真实验,验证了该方法的有效性以及真实性,从而为物流控制中心制定具有合理性和计划性的物流集装箱吊装方案提供依据。

In this paper, we proposed to simulate the hoisting process of containers using the 3D image processing technology, then introduced the procedures of and the techniques involved in the simulation, and at the end, using the Matlab software, performed an empirical example to verify the effectiveness and truthfulness of the method.
