针药并用治疗胚胎反复移植失败后月经不调的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture and Medicine in Treating Irregular Menstruation due to Repeated Embryos Implantation Failure

目的探讨中医(补肾健脾调肝)法和针灸并用对胚胎反复移植失败后月经不调的疗效。方法将胚胎反复移植失败3次后的月经不调患者共60例,分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,比较两组患者月经的周期、经量、再次妊娠率。结果经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率87%,2组疗效无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗组在经量增多、子宫内膜恢复有较明显疗效。结论中药针灸并用治疗胚胎反复移植失败后患者周期、经量恢复明显,有望增加RIF患者的自然妊娠率。

Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicine（tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen and regulating the liver）method and the curative effect of acupuncture and irregular menstruation of embryos after repeated implantation failure.Methods The embryos after 3 times of repeated implantation failure of irregular menstruation in patients with a total of 60patients,divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,compared two groups of patients with menstrual cycle,the quantity,pregnancy rate. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group 90%,control group,the total efficiency of 87%,no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）;treatment group had more significant effect inmenorrhagia,uterine recovery. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture in patients after repeated implantation failure period,the recovery rate in the treatment of the embryo,is expected to increase the naturalpregnancy rate in patients with RIF.
