摘要
主要阐述了环氧浇注式互感器的APG制造工艺过程,对该工艺过程采用的原材料、模具、工艺流程及工艺参数等进行了系统的介绍,重点分析了器身制作以及浇注成型两个工艺过程中影响互感器局部放电量试验的因素。
The APG manufacturing process of epoxy resin casting instrument transformer was described,and the raw materials, mold, process and parameters were introduced. The factors influencing the partial discharge experiment of instrument transformer during the body making and casting process were analyzed mainly.
