摘要
为筛选防治纵坑切梢小蠹Tomicus piniperda Linnaeus的高毒力生防真菌菌株,进行球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana菌株对纵坑切梢小蠹室内毒力生物测定试验。结果表明:5株供试菌株对纵坑切梢小蠹成虫和2龄幼虫均具有一定毒力;分离自甘薯小象甲的球孢白僵菌BbYM090515菌株的毒力最高,接种浓度为1.16×108孢子/mL的孢子悬浮液第10 d,成虫和2龄幼虫的校正死亡率分别为91.53%和96.43%,致死中浓度LC50分别为9.6943×103,6.6315×103孢子/mL,致死中时LT50分别为5.04,4.73 d;菌株BbYM090515具有良好的生防制剂开发潜力。
Virulence of 5 Beauveria bassiana strains against Tomicus piniperda was tested in the laboratory in order to select potential fungal strains for biological control. Results showed that all of tested B. bassiana strains were virulent against T. piniperda, the strain BbYM090515 showed higher virulence than other strains,the corrected accumulative mortality was 91.53% for the adult and 96.43% for the 2nd larvae at the concentration of 1.16× 10 8spores/mL on the 10th day after inoculation, the median lethal concentration(LCs0 )was 9. 6943 × 10 3 spores/mL for the adult and 6. 6315 ×10 3 spores/mL for the 2nd larvae, the median lethal time ( LTs0 ) was 5.04 days for the adult and 4. 73 days for the 2nd larvae. The B. bassiana strain BbYM090515 had good development prospects for biological control against T. piniperda.
