高校图书馆发展环境分析与战略管理思路

On the Development Environment and Strategic Management of University Libraries

本文从政治、经济、社会和技术四个方面对高校图书馆发展的宏观环境进行了扫描分析;利用波特五力模型对高校图书馆的竞争环境进行了剖析。在环境分析的基础上运用战略管理理论,结合高校图书馆实际,对高校图书馆发展的战略选择和战略实施进行了思考。

With PEST Analysis Model as a tool,this paper analyses the macro development environment of university libraries and then it uses the Porter＇s Five Forces Model to analyze the competition environment of university libraries. Based on the above mentioned analyses and with the current situation being considered,the paper conducts a thorough study of the development strategies of university libraries.
