摘要
根据《关于开展中小河流治理重点县综合整治试点规划编制工作的通知》、《中小河流治理重点县综合整治和水系连通试点项目区实施编制工作技术要求》和广东省已开展的工作,概述了中小河河流治理重点县内容和广东省已开展情况,总结了治理措施及注意事项并将其运用到一设计案例之中,最后提出了几点建议,以期为广东省中小河流治理重点县综合整治及水系连通的后续工作提供借鉴和参考。
According to ＆quot;Notice on pilot-planning-compiling about the comprehensive improvement of small and middle -sized rivers in Key counties＆quot;,＆quot;Technique requirement on the implementation -plan -compilling of small and middle -sized rivers in Key counties＆quot;and the launched work in Guangdong Province , the overall governance situation of small and middle -sized rivers has been discussed in this paper .And the treating measures and announcements have been summarized , which been also applied to a design case.Finally, several suggestions have been put forward in order to provide some reference for the following work .
