摘要
基于直齿圆柱齿轮的动态分析和优化设计的需要,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立其三维实体模型,并对该齿轮振动特性的模态进行分析,得到了结构的低阶模态频率和振型分布,对齿轮的动态分析和优化设计提供理论指导。
based on the needs of the dynamic analysis and optimization design of spur gear, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to establish the three -dimensional entity model, and analyze the vibration characteristic of the gear, the low -order modal frequencies and vibration mode distributions were obtained, which will contribute to providing theoretical guidance to dynamic analysis and optimization de- sign of the gear.
