With the number of overseas students increasing, the overseas students＇ illegal cases are increasing gradually. They include many types, such as personal injury, property torts, traffic accident and women assaults, etc. However, the main reasons that overseas students＇ break the law are due to cross cultural inadaptability, less awareness of legal consciousness and university＇ s management neglecting. Through strengthening psychological guidance for overseas students, education of legal system and institution management, we can effectively prevent crime of overseas students in colleges and universities.
