面对高校思想政治教育工作出现的新问题和新挑战,辅导员作为党和国家思想政治教育的主力军应与时俱进,探讨"90后"大学生思想政治教育工作的新途径、新方法,从"90后"大学生的思想现状入手,分析"90后"大学生的新特点,结合目前思想政治教育工作中的实际问题,要转变工作观念、丰富教育方法、整合教育资源、注重教育实践。

Due to a new generation of college students, colleges and universities ideological and political education is confronted with many new problems and challenges. As the primary educators of ideological and political education of the Community party and the state, counselors shall advance with the development, discussing the new methods of ideological and political education among after 90s＇. In the angel of current mentality of 90s＇ college students, this paper analyzes the new characteristic of the college students. Considering the realistic problems in current ideological and political education, change the concept of work, diversifying the teaching methodology, integrat the educational resources, and highlight educational practice.
